Hair loss from cancer treatment can be deeply emotional — a visible reminder of the battle within. For many women, it’s not just about hair. It’s about identity, confidence, and dignity.

Kusasira understands this.

With skilled hands and a compassionate heart, Kusasira crafts high-quality wigs by hand, designed especially for women undergoing cancer treatment. Her mission is simple yet powerful: to help cancer warriors feel beautiful, strong, and whole again.

Handcrafted with Love

Kusasira is not just a wig maker — she is an artist and a caregiver. Each wig is carefully tailored with comfort and style in mind, bringing back smiles that cancer tried to steal.

“I make every wig as if I’m making it for my sister, my mother, my friend.”

How You Can Help

Your donation helps fund the creation and delivery of wigs to women and girls fighting cancer. Every contribution — big or small — helps me reach one more woman, restore one more smile, and remind her that she is not alone.

I've also teamed up with Owomugisha to give a bundle away to younger girls. I will make a wig and Owomugisha, another Ugandan queen will make a dress.

  • $60 can cover the cost of a wig to a woman

  • $60 will cover the cost of a handmade custom dress

  • $100 can sponsor a wig and dress for a girl

Together, we can give the gift of confidence.
